Rapid Progress with Progress M-20M

An unmanned Russian Progress M-20M spacecraft successfully docked to the Russian owned International Space Station yesterday 27th of July. Just 6 hours after launching on a Soyuz-U rocket from Baikonur. The spacecraft is filled with cargo and supplies for the 6 manned crew on-board ISS.

Alphasat + Insat-3D on Ariane 5

An European Ariane 5 rocket successfully lifted off her launch pad in Kourou, French Guiana today – 25th July 2013 at 19:54 UTC. The 17 story rocket successfully placed two payloads into orbit weighing a total of 9,760kg.

Alphasat for Inmarsat is Europe’s largest ever communications satellite and will provide L-Band capability for mobile users all over Europe. Insat-3D for the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) will provide satellite search and rescue capabilities through imaging sensors.

This was the 3rd Ariane 5 launch of this year and the 70th overall in the Ariane 5 program. / SpaceVidsNet writes on YouTube

Valentina ger sig inte. Rymdprogrammet ligger fast. Ny installation av raket på startplattan, på område nr 31 vid Baikonur’s kosmiska center. Beräknad uppskjutnings dag är den 28:de juli. Nu med en Soyuz-U / Progress M20-M.

Sveriges statsskuld ökade med 100 miljarder år 2012

Enligt nyligen släppt statistik från Euro-stat ökade staten Sverige sin statsskuld med nästan 100 miljarder på ett år, förra året. Det motsvara ca 11.000 svenska kronor per svensk medborgare(Ung som gammal). Den sammanlagda statsskulden är nu upp i 39% av Sveriges BNP. Varje svensk är nu indirekt skyldig storbanker och pensionssparare världen över, minst 157.000 svenska kronor exkluderat all kommunal- och landstingsskuld som finns.

Subway fashion

A fashion show was held to attract more passengers to Japan’s oldest subway line. The Midousuji Line in Osaka began in 1933. It carries passengers to the city’s central district. But rider-ship has been decreasing. The Osaka Municipal Transportation Bureau hosted the show to increase interest and passenger numbers. – nocommenttv writes on youtube
